Christening Cake Saying

celeriac with tomato sauce and ricotta


This is a fast dish to make, but also very tasty


Ingredients

half a jar of peeled shallots

50 grams of cooked ham sliced \u200b\u200bthin 4 tablespoons ricotta


half a glass of white wine, olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley


Chop the shallots and brown lightly in oil , then add the chopped tomatoes and wine, cook for about 15m. Add the ham and continue cooking for 5m, add the ricotta and off. Season the pasta, in the meantime you have to cook. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley
