This recipe gnocchi alla Sorrentina I changed by putting in place of the tomato sauce Bolognese sauce.

Ingredients


600 gr potatoes 200 gr flour 1 egg

few tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

For the dressing

Bolognese sauce here

Boil the potatoes, peel them and pass them in hot potato masher add all ingredients and mix by combining more flour if necessary, should be a smooth and elastic dough consistency
to shape the gnocchi, then cook in salted water and drain them just come to the surface.
